ClinForce is currently seeking a Microbiologist for Danville, IL.
Successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Test raw materials and finished products for microbial contamination.
- Test water samples for chemical and microbial quality.
- Validate all procedures used in the Micro Laboratory.
- Analysis and approval of line samples.
- Assist in production problems - trouble shooting.
- Provide assistance in training personnel.
- Perform stability testing on OTC production.
- Coordinate the preparation of media.
- Improve Housekeeping and comply with customer's audits.
- Other duties and/or projects necessitated by the position.
Education/Degree: Bachelor degree in Microbiology from four year college or university in or related science and strong chemical background experience.
