We offer a broad spectrum of clinical laboratory testing that is designed to provide physicians and their patients with accurate and diagnostically meaningful results. Sunrise Medical Laboratories is licensed and accredited by the College of American Pathologists (CAP), New York State Department of Health, the Center for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CLIA), U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (Medicare), and the Pennsylvania Department of Health. Sunrise Medical Laboratories is headquartered in Hauppauge, NY, approximately 30 miles east of New York City on Long Island. We operate many conveniently located Patient Service Centers. Microbiology Technologist Sunrise Medical Laboratories is currently seeking a dedicated Microbiology Technologist to work the day shift every Saturday and Sunday in our Hauppauge location. The qualified applicant will perform routine bacteriology, mycology, parisitology, and varied esoteric testing. The qualified candidate must have a BS/CLS or BS/MT Degree with minimum 2 years experience. Must have NYS DOE license, ASCP preferred.
