As a Program Manager at Micron’s Longmont, Colorado site, you will report to the Director of Engineering. You will develop and maintain schedules for new product programs. You will also identify critical milestones, actions, and dependencies to monitor progress against schedules.

Successful candidates for this position will have:
B.S. or greater in engineering, physics, or like technical degree.
As a Program Manager at Micron’s Longmont, Colorado site, you will report to the Director of Engineering. You will develop and maintain schedules for new product programs. You will also identify critical milestones, actions, and dependencies to monitor progress against schedules.
Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following:
- Coordinating activities of the Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams, and contract manufacturing partners
- Conducting regular meetings of the Engineering, Marketing, and Operations teams, and contract manufacturing partners keeping all parties apprised of the program status.
- Keeping the management team appraised of program status and risks.
This position will be located in Longmont, Colorado. Occasional international travel may be required.
Successful candidates for this position will have:
- 3+ years of program or project management experience.
- Superior communication, organizational, management, and negotiation skills.
- Experience in product engineering or design for electronics or optics products.
- Experience in high volume, consumer product applications. (Preferred)
- Strong knowledge and experience with Microsoft Project.
- Knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
- The ability to multitask and manage complex projects.
B.S. or greater in engineering, physics, or like technical degree.
