Responsibilities:
• Responsible for architecture, design, implementation and support of a Windows based IT infrastructure.
• Execute and manage infrastructure projects
• Resolve service tickets escalated by Tier 1 & 2 consultants
• Support customer software and server hardware
• Respond and service tickets to resolve customer issues in a timely manner
• Remote support troubleshooting of customer hardware and software issues
• Consult with multiple customers based on needs and business requirements
• Document customer issues and create knowledge base documents
• Networking equipment troubleshooting and maintenance
Qualifications:
· Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, Windows Server, Hyper-V and LAN/ WAN networking, DNS, DHCP, IIS, File & Print Services
· Ability to troubleshoot software, hardware, and network issues
· Technical project management
· Bachelor’s degree in MIS, or directly related degree preferred
· 5+ years of experience in an IT support role within a Windows environment required
· Strong customer service, problem solving, technical writing and communication skills along with high attention to detail and a passion for technical learning
