Microsoft Technology Consultant

Time2Market is a Microsoft Gold Partner focused on developing high value Unified Communications and Infrastructure solutions. We are adding consultants in the Dallas Fort Worth area. As a Time2Market Consultant you will be responsible for creating solutions using Microsoft products such as Active Directory, Exchange, and Office Communications Server.  We are looking for someone with a passion for technology and the skill to help others experience that technology.

Qualified candidates will have a proven track record as a problem solver and team leader. They will have multiple years of experience deploying and maintaining Windows based networks, Active Directory, and Exchange. This position requires dedication, persistence, follow through, and outstanding customer service. Candidates must be self motivated, posses excellent written and verbal communication skills, and be able to effectively work in a virtual team environment.

Minimum Skills Required:

•        Minimum five years experience

•        Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer 2003 or better

•        Experience deploying Active Directory, Exchange 2003 – 2007, Office Communications Server 2007 – 2007 R2

•        Experience with Windows Clustering

•        Detailed knowledge of TCP/IP fundamentals

•        Strong interpersonal skills required to effectively communicate with users and vendors

•        Passion for teamwork, continuing education, problem solving and exceptional customer service

•        Must be well spoken, outgoing, organized, detailed-orientated, dependable and flexible

•        The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing requirements

Preferred Skills:

•        College degree in a related field or related experience

•        Experience deploying Office Communications Server 2007 – 2007 R2

•        Experience with domain and email migrations

•        Experience with telephony technologies (such as Nortel, Avaya, etc…)

•        Detailed knowledge of the SIP protocol

•        Experience with advanced high availability technologies

•        Experience planning and deploying Disaster Recovery strategies

This Position Entails:

•        Working with customers to gather requirements and design solutions

•        Attend pre-sales meetings to demonstrate products and answer technical questions for potential customers

•        Detailed documentation of projects and solutions

•        Deploying, troubleshooting, and supporting solutions and projects

•        Be able to travel for extended periods. 25% - 75% travel is possible
