Mid-Atlantic Project Manager – In-Building Wireless

Cellular Specialties, Inc. has an immediate position available for a Project Manager in the Mid Atlantic Region to work directly with our customers to ensure successful installations. The Mid Atlantic Region consists of Southern New York, Pennsylvania, New Jersey, Delaware, Maryland, Washington, DC and West Virginia.

Job Summary

You will be responsible for managing the installation projects and providing technical support as needed. You will also have responsibility for recruiting, training and managing technical partners within the Region.  

Duties:

·         Consult with customer and team to review project proposals, identify deliverables and determine staff and technical requirements

·         Direct and coordinate activities of project personnel to ensure project is on-schedule and within budget

·         Maintain positive customer relations

·         Provide technical advice and resolve technical problems

·         Recruit and train technical partners to perform installation of in-building systems

·         Perform pre and post installation site surveys

·         Negotiate project installation costs

·         Extensive travel to customer sites within Region

Requirements

·         Project Management experience involving wireless technology

·         Understanding of Radio Frequency and Fiber technologies and knowledge of Distributed Antenna Systems

·         Technical knowledge of electronics

·         Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings

·         Knowledge of construction and safety requirements

·         Proficient with Microsoft Office and project management software

·         Effective verbal and written communication skills with a variety of contacts

·         Demonstrated teamwork and leadership skills

·         High attention to detail

·         Proven problem solving skills

·         Valid driver’s license

Education/Experience:

·         Minimum level: Associates Degree; Degree in Electrical Engineering

·         Certifications Desired: Project Management

·         5+ years of experience in related vocation or technical fields
