Our client law firm is seeking an Associate with 5+ years of employment litigation experience to support their Portland, ME office. Should have experience with all types of management-side employment litigation, including Title VII, FMLA, ADA, and Wage/Hour class actions. State and federal court experience required. Must be able to run a case from start to finish. Candidates preferred to be admitted in Maine, but will also consider candidates who are barred in NY, CT, MA, VT or NH and then willing to sit for the Maine bar in February 2010.  Great opportunity for growth towards Partner track.
