This is a Full Time, In-House position with Volt Technical Resources, a leading national provider of Staffing Services, Telecommunications and Information Solutions for its Fortune 100 customer base. Operating through a network of over 300 Volt Services Group locations, the Staffing Services segment fulfills IT and other technical, commercial and industrial placement requirements of its customers, on both a temporary and direct hire basis. The Telecommunications and Information Solutions businesses provide complete telephone directory production and directory publishing; a full spectrum of telecommunications construction, installation and engineering services; and advanced information and operator services systems for telephone companies. Requirements:

Required Skills for this Mid-Level Technical Recruiter position include the following:

• Must have 1-3 years of Technical Recruiting experience!
  
• 2-3 years of Staffing experience
  
• A highly-motivated and professional outlook
  
• Experience in Recruiting, Sourcing, and/or Screening
  
• Organizational skills
  
• Ability to multi-task
  
• Excellent Customer Service skills
  
• Strong communication skills, including interpersonal, written and verbal
  
• Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Outlook
