Position Description

Duties and Responsibilities:
*Prepare forward pricing (overhead) rates for Manufacturing and Engineering
*Prepare provisional billing rates for Engineering
*Prepare actual incurred cost overhead submission for Engineering (Cost plus fixed fee contracts)
*Track and monitor actual expenses for all overhead rates
*Coordinate and work with Defense Contract Audit Agency auditors on rate proposals and cost accounting standard and  system audits
*Prepare military product service parts pricing quotes
*Develop work order rates
*Maintain disclosure statement
*Account classification of check authorizations

*Keen since of need to follow up on action items

Position Requirements

Required:
*Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting or Finance
*Excellent computer skills, especially in Microsoft Excel, Powerpoint, and Word

Preferred:
*Currently in an accounting position with strong budget and cost experience
*Experience with DCAA audits and submissions
*Knowledge of cost accounting standards
*Knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulations Part 31
*Understanding of company disclosure statements and submissions
*Familiarity with SAP accounting systems
