Our client is a privately owned real estate investment and management firm who is looking for a Property Manager/Asset Manager to Manage and make ownership level decisions for 1000+ units of military housing. The company is 50 years old, forward going, financially strong and well managed.

The successful candidate will have experience managing multi-unit residential housing - preferably military housing. Veteran preferred but not required. Needs to have good  communication skills and ability to interface with the military. Strong management skills required with ability to manage all aspects of the operation, including marketing, leasing and maintenance. Must be thorough with good attention to detail, able to manage multiple priorities, and able to meet deadlines.

Will consider someone who has been successful as an Assistant Manager and is ready to step up to the next level.

Compensation commensurate with experience and qualifications.
