Assistant Psychology Chief, Senior Clinical Psychologist, Phd or PsyD in Clinical or Counseling Psychology, (Active Georgia Licensed): Assists the Psychology Chief in managing the Psychology Department, focusing on quality management and staff performance. Responsibilities include: Assuming the responsibility when the Psychology Chief is not the facility. Monthly monitoring of a fixed sample of all psychology assessments and documentation. Data-based mentoring of psychologists on all assessments and documentation. Monthly monitoring of a fixed sample of Initial and Individualized Recovery Planning process (RPTC Observation, IRP Clinical Chart Audits). Data-based mentoring of recovery planning teams. Entering monitoring data in the Plato software. Undertaking inter-rater agreement checks with other monitors and evaluating quality of a fixed sample of mall groups facilitated by psychologists.

Senior Rehabilitation Therapist, MS preferred, but a minimum of BS, Supervisory experience (good leadership and people skills), Knowledge of occupational therapy, physical therapy, speech therapy, activity therapy and nutrition practice standards. Knowledge of the Nutrition Care Process. Experience in: Mental health (AMH and Forensic) Working with individuals with difficulties in eating and swallowing, movement, mobility, communication, work, self care or  leisure activities, Individualized recovery planning, etc.
