Job Title: Mobile Technician Reports to: Mobile Technician Divisional Supervisor
Position Summary: To provide technology services for our customers, while driving sales and revenue for EasyTech.
General Purpose: Customer Service, Results, Technology Sales, Problem Solving
Role Qualifications:
· Managing and Performing all Onsite Service work
· Driving Overall EasyTech Service Revenues
· Management of all jobs through the EasyTech system
Position Responsibilities:
· Each Mobile Tech is responsible for performing in home / on site repair and installation services.
· Educate and consult with customers by offering a total solution that will best meet their needs.
· Provide support to all assigned stores on sales and service improvement and customer onsite service work.
· Deliver on all technical support and warranty services, ensuring great customer service.
· Observe and coach associates to improve technology sales/revenues and customer service, including warranty service, Mobile Tech services and Staples Tech Center upgrades and installations.
· Respond to and resolve customer requests and complaints as necessary.
· Develop strategies and events that will drive technical service category sales in assigned stores and in the local communities.
· Attain store group service sales goals and manage expenses and revenues in your area to profitability

Required Skills & Experience:
· A+ Certification
· Technical systems diagnostics and upgrade knowledge
· Customer Service experience in a retail environment preferred
