Network Biosystems (“NetBio”) is a dynamic and rapidly growing biotech company located in Woburn, MA; with plans of moving to Waltham, MA in the first quarter of 2010. Based on core competencies in microfluidics, molecular biology, and engineering, NetBio is readying field forward systems that will provide dramatically superior capabilities than currently possible. The Company’s two product platforms are:

• Human Identification: A “rapid Sample-to-ID” system that accepts a sample and generates a DNA fingerprint in under 60 minutes. NetBio is developing a broad product pipeline in this area to improve safety throughout society.

Pathogen Identification: A “rapid Sample-to-Sequence” system that accepts environmental and clinical samples and identifies pathogens (including common clinical pathogens, biothreats, and emerging infectious agents) by DNA sequence in approximately one hour.
