SAP Package Technologies:  Perform advisory and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise with the full suite of SAP products.
 
Oracle Package Technologies:  Performs advisory and implementation services to address manufacturing, financial, human resources, customer relationship management, procurement, order
management, supply chain, and other business needs throughout the enterprise leveraging the full suite of Oracle products (ie Oracle EBS, PeopleSoft, JD Edwards, Siebel, and Wedge Products)
 
Distinct Package Technologies: Discover, incubate, and grow capabilities around emerging as well as legacy software solutions that are in some cases disruptive and in others additive or differentiating of other Deloitte Service Lines
 
Systems Integration:  Provide Technology Solution Development and Integration across the SDLC including requirements, functional specs, design, custom development, integration, testing, and deployment.  Deloitte's SI Capability maintains a strong focus on structuring, managing, and implementing complex technical solutions requiring deep business expertise, process optimization, and business operations knowledge to achieve significant and measurable business value
 
Technology & Process Management:  Provide complete operations services for application management,
custom development, and business process outsourcing for clients.  Develop the post implementation go-live support environment, construct the transition plan from the project team to the support team, and support and maintain the client applications and technology infrastructure
 

Deloitte's Civilian Segment is currently searching for a Momentum Federal Financial Consultant.
 
Location: Washington, DC
 
Performance Profile:
- Supporting Federal Financial Management Business Process Improvement (BPI) effort of a federal government agency's financial statements, overall financial program management, and audit strategies. Must be able to develop, interpret and apply audit and budget planning and programming guidance
- Delivering Federal Financial Management assessments, BPI and change management deliverables as necessary
- Interacting with clients on a daily basis, building solid relationships and gaining their trust
 
Position Required Skills: - FULL, ACTIVE TOP SECRET
CLEARANCE
- Candidate must possess at least 3 years' relevant experience, including:      
- Federal accounting experience including applying federal accounting principles in reporting, forecasts, and analysis
- Experience using or implementing CGI Momentum Enterprise Solution, specifically Financials  
- Experience advising clients on improving business processes, preferably in the federal financial area
- Experience in government consulting
- Communicating with Federal Financial Management professionals - Bachelors Degree in business, accounting, or related area
 
Position Desired Skills:
- CGFM or CPA a plus
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or higher - Advanced experience in MS Excel, MS Access and VBA
