Up and coming Small Business has a requirement for a Systems Analyst for a Momentum Financials ERP project to support Independent Validation and Verification efforts.  The role is for the Deputy Project Manager supporting a small team in all facets of IV&V.  Expected role will include supporting the client in the following areas:

ü  Requirements Tracing through Conference Room Pilots

ü  Software Design Analysis for Custom Interfaces and Enhancements

ü  Review of Earned Value Management Metrics supplied by Integration Contractor

ü  Develop Test Cases/Scenarios and Plans

ü  Perform IV&V Test against plans

ü  Perform Test Tool Assessment

ü  Maintain Open/Closed Issues Log

ü  Report Test Results and Evaluate

ü  Defect/Deficiency Investigation, Analysis, and Remediation

ü  Training Evaluation, including materials review, scope review, and end-user satisfaction

ü  User Acceptance Testing

ü  Roll Out Support

ü  Work in a dynamic environment with multiple contractors and agency employees

ü  Reporting to IBC Management on a Weekly Basis

The candidate must possess the following skill sets:

Required

ü  US Citizen or an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence as evidenced by Alien Registration Receipt Card Form I-551, or who presents other evidence from the US Department of Homeland Securiy that employment will not affect his/her immigration status

ü  Minimum of 2 years of Momentum Financials ERP Experience

ü  Ability to work in an environment where there are multiple contractors

ü  Ability to work independently and with minimal direction

ü  Experience managing in a team environment

ü  Strong Inter-personal and communications skills

Preferred

ü  Familiarity with IV&V Best Practices and Standard Business Processes

ü  Familiarity with the Carnegie Melon Capability Maturity Model Integration – Level 2

ü  Familiarity with Webmethods integration and interfaces into Momentum Financials
