Due to extensive growth, we are in search of A-player Mortgage Specialists. This is a phone-intensive, outbound SALES opportunity and we’re looking for the best of the best to join our winning team. This rewarding position allows our Mortgage Specialists to help people but also to earn commission during the "modification" process, not just once it's complete. Our Mortgage Speciaists are not expected or required to source leads. Warm leads are provided!!!

Sell and Sign up qualified homeowners for CreditAnswers' loan modification services
Manage the relationship with the homeowner including communication, document requests, payment processes, customer expectations, case updates, and handling all additional client needs

Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3+ years sales experience (outbound phone sales preferable)
- 2+ years mortgage industry experience (loan modification/mitigation exp. a plus)
- Excellent communication skills
- The ability to learn fast
- A Strong work-ethic
- Excellent organization and prioritizing skills
- Self motivation and a pro-active mentality
- A Strong Desire to Succeed
