As an Underwriter, you will:

Review submitted files to analyze for Capacity, Capital, Character and Condition.
Ensure loans meet all program and product specifications
Offer appropriate counteroffers
Communicate loan decisions to processing
Meet all departmental goals for productivity, quality, and turnaround time

Qualifications
Minimum of two years' experience as a conventional mortgage underwriter
Excellent analytical and decision making skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation skills
Thorough knowledge of complex personal and business financial analysis and an expertise in tax return and balance sheet analysis.                                                                                                         

Requires knowledge and proficiency in Government, Agency and, Jumbo levels of mortgage underwriting.
