JOB DESCRIPTION
- To prepare closing documents.
- To review title commitments and hazard insurance. Reviews HUD1 settlement statements.
- To interact with closing agents and customers (brokers or borrowers).
- To be a mortgage Coordinator: Verifies completeness and accuracy
Requirements:
- 1-2 yrs of verifiable mortgage closing experience within the Mortgage Industry.
Successful Candidates Will Posses a Combination of the following Personal Characteristics:
1. Knowledge of Mortgage Industry, Banking, Lending Corporations
2. Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and enthusiasm for operating in a challenging and dynamic environment.
3. Strong computer skills
4. Ability to multi-task
5. Good communication skills
6. Team player
