Mortgage Closer
Randstad has immediate needs for candidates with Mortgage Closing experience for our growing national mortgage company. Looking for talent interested in a long term opportunity.
Responsibilities include but not limited to:
- Reviewing file prior to closing for underwriting compliance
- Work with title companies
- Review closing documents to ensure underwriting guidelines are met
- Coordination of the loan closing.
- Risk assessment for both lender and investor.
- Working hands on with underwriting and sales staff to effectively track, manage, and communicate loan decision.
Working hours: 8am-5pm M-F
Requirements include:
- Minimum of 1-2 years Loan Closing experience
- Government loan (FHA and VA) experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication phone skills
- Conventional, FHA and VA closing experience
- Ability to perform multiple responsibilities through effective prioritization and time management
- Ability to develop/maintain professional relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
- Advanced PC skills
- Must be able to pass a criminal background check
