The Mergis Group, a division of Spherion Corporation, is seeking experienced Mortgage Loan Closers to work for a growing national mortgage company.
Responsibilities include:
· Reviewing file prior to closing for underwriting compliance
· Work with title companies
· Review closing documents to ensure underwriting guidelines are met
· Coordination of the loan closing.
· Risk assessment for both lender and investor.
Requirements include:
· Strong customer service skills
· Excellent verbal and written communication phone skills
· Conventional, FHA and VA closing experience
· Ability to perform multiple responsibilities through effective prioritization and time management
· Ability to develop/maintain professional relationships with clients, customers and co-workers
· Advanced PC skills
