We are currently seeking experienced Conv/FHA/VA Mortgage Consultants for our Chicago, IL area locations. The ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-pace environment and manage multiple projects is a must. Candidates will be adept and knowledgeable in most areas of the mortgage lending process and responsibilities will include:

·         Working closely with our loan originators in ensuring a timely and accurate closing experience for our customers.

·         Ordering and reviewing all necessary AUS, appraisal and title documents as well as all required underwriting and credit verifications.

·         Scheduling and tracking of closing dates, contingency dates and loan lock expirations. 

Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 3 years experience processing Conventional and FHA/VA loans. Excellent communication and organizational skills and with a strong team orientation are essential.
