Requirements


Minimum of 2 years sales experience
Mortgage originating experience preferred
Knowledge of FHA/VA regulations, conventional loan requirements and real estate law
Excellent presentation skills and personality oriented towards sales
Strong communication and relationship building skills
Goal oriented and Self-motivated
Ability to organize time and work independently and also to cooperate as a team member.
Familiarity with personal computer and software
Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
