Skills required:

-Minimum of 2 years sales experience
-Mortgage originating experience preferred
-Knowledge of FHA/VA regulations, conventional loan requirements and real estate law
-Excellent presentation skills and personality oriented towards sales
-Strong communication and relationship building skills
-Goal oriented and Self-motivated
-Ability to organize time and work independently and also to cooperate as a team member
-Familiarity with personal computer and software
-Valid driver's license, clean driving record and reliable transportation
