First Integrity is a Full Service California Mortgage Brokerage.  We conduct business in 28 states.  We are FHA and VA approved. We are located in the Sky Park Circle in Irvine.  We are approved with many of the top banks including Provident Funding, Bank of America, Wells Fargo, etc.  We have an awesome in house processor.  We provide internet leads that are warm, real time (we are almost always first contact), filtered & non-exclusive from Nextag.com on a daily basis.  These are both purchase and refinance leads.  We have been in business for 2.75 years.  We have 6 full time loan officers, and a processor.

We are at the edge of technology with a completely paperless system.  We are the top in product knowledge, placement, underwriting guidelines etc.  If a loan can be done, we do it.  We are the place that can take the decline elsewhere and turn it into the loan the client was looking for.  We are the best in the business.

Compensation

COMMISSION ONLY - NO DRAW

We offer very aggressive commission splits. The split on loans closed from leads which we provide is 50%. The split on loans closed from referrals of leads that we provide is 60%. The split on loans closed from self generated leads is 70%. There is a $995 house fee for conventional loans, and $1,295 house fee for FHA loans.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for highly qualified loan officers that are knowledgeable in all areas of the process from the loan application to the funding of the loan. Possessing a California Salesperson’s license is recommended. All applicants must be proficient in Microsoft Windows, Word, Outlook, Internet Explorer and Calyx Point. All applicants must also be comfortable in an outbound calling environment. The office is open from 8am to 8pm. It is strongly recommend that all loan officers work at least 8 hours daily in the office. It is also recommended that all agents are in the office by 9am at the latest. The dress code is business casual. We have 2-3 open positions that are available ASAP. 

Our candidates will be highly intelligent, self-motivated sales people with great drive and determination to succeed with great work ethic.  This is TRULY an opportunity to earn a 6 figure income.  We are looking for the best in the business to add to our team.

HARD working personality types ONLY.  There is no such thing as easy money in this industry anymore, but there is such a thing as great money.  Here, you can make 50k or you can make 130k. It is completely up to you and your ability. 

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

- Follow up with leads given daily (ability to manage large pipeline)

- Take complete mortgage loan applications (Knows what consists of a COMPLETE 1003)

- Analyze applicant’s credit worthiness

- Qualify loan programs (must know how – Understand DTI, LTV, Reserves)

- Effectively price and sell program to client

- Gather all necessary documentation

- Guide clients, answering all questions and effectively closing the deal to funding.

Job Knowledge and Experience REQUIRED:

- Experience in sales and loan origination

- ADVANCED knowledge of CALYX POINT

- Knowledge of loan products available and qualifications

- Knowledge of processing and underwriting procedures

- ADVANCED use of MS Office and Outlook

- Good customer service skills, thoroughness, and confidentiality

We are now in a market where only the strong will survive. You need to know you are working at a place that is strategically positioned to grown in a receding market. It’s important for you to find a company that will be there in the future.

Please note that we are an advanced firm and we require agents who are experienced in qualification and sales.  Advanced firm = Advanced agents.  I cannot stress this enough.  If you are not extremely proficient in mortgage sales, qualification, and MS Outlook, you will not make it here.  The top 1% will do extremely well here.  The rest will not!  If you need your hand held, this will not be a good place for you.  All applicants will be tested.
