Village Home Mortgage is looking for motivated loan officers who want to make well over $200,000.00 per year.  We are expanding our sales division to keep up with the amount of exclusive, live leads we receive daily from our in-house telemarketing company and direct mail campaigns.  Our commission plan is extremely competitive allowing you to have an unlimited income, based on your abilities.  In addition to providing an extensive Medical and Dental plan and company 401K, we offer a great team, goal-oriented and competitive working environment. 

Village Home Mortgage is a fully licensed FHA Direct Endorsement Lender with in-house Underwriting, Processing and Title Departments.  Our product base consists of FHA, VA, Conforming and Reverse Mortgages. 

Job Purpose & Duties:

*  Consults with customers, structures loans according to customer's needs and banking guidelines.

*  Remains in contact with customer from the time of application through closing and funding.

*  Strong organizational and follow-up skills are a MUST.
