We are currently seeking candidates for multiple Mortgage Data Entry position in Northern Virginia.  All of these positions are for one year long term contract opportunities with a well-established and stable organization.

Detailed Job Description: Complete data entry into multiple applications. Review complex at risk account information and adjust system of record to reflect results of changes made to accounts at loan-level. Verify accuracy and authority of requestor of change. Contact with external and internal customers to discuss progress on workload, results, and problem solve. High volume data processing environment. Need to be flexible with work hours to meet mid and end of month deadlines. Some overtime will be required.          

Team Dynamic and Environment: Fast pace, high volume, and working with multiple business partners.  

Qualitative Skills: Strong PC/MS Excel/MS Access skills.  50+ wpm.

Technical Skills:
Must Haves:        Top 3/4 required skills with years of experience

  • Mortgage processing and/or closing (3+ years)
  • Bookkeeping
  • Analytical


Nice to Have:        

  • Can do attitude

The Mortgage Data Entry Specialist positions require 3+ years of relevant experience in a mortgage industry setting.  These positions do REQUIRE strong Excel skills & Access skills. 

Positions pay is dependent upon experience $16-18/hr
