Mortgage Company in Manchester, New Hampshire is seeking a seasoned financial executive/controller in a full time position.  This is a roll up your sleeves type of position. Candidate will report to the CFO. 

·        Financial Reporting to senior management and third parties.

·        Analyzing monthly & quarterly financial results and preparing written communication to senior management & outside parties.

·        Preparing capital & business plan publications for senior management.

·        Preparing financial forecasts and budgets.

·        Reviewing & approving monthly reconciliations & GL transactions.

·        Maintaining, reviewing & improving the internal control function within the Company.

·       Managing mortgage warehouse credit lines.

·        Oversees GL activities including design & maintenance

·        Coordinates annual audit with external auditors

 Requirements

 Similar experience of 3 to 5+ years in the accounting department of a mortgage or commercial banking department. Advanced level skills in MS Office including Word, Excel & Power Point.  Strong interpersonal skills and exceptional written & verbal communication skills is a must.  Advanced business degree.  CPA preferred but not required.  Please fax resume along with salary requirements to (866)210-6940.
