Mortgage Help Desk
ATTENTION MORTGAGE PROFESSIONALS!
We are currently seeking qualified individuals who have a mortgage background. If you are looking to jump start your career or get back in the industry we need help desk producers to trouble shoot mortgage loans.
Mortgage Processor Responsibilities:
- Processes routine to moderately complex conventional or VA mortgage loans according to product guidelines through validation of credit and collateral documentation.
- Analyzes all pertinent financial and credit data to determine the acceptability of the loan risk for bank/investor policy.
- Responds to member and third party calls to keep members informed and meet established service level objectives for completing mortgage applications.
- Follows-up with members and third parties to obtain loan documentation and title and collateral information.
Mortgage Processor Requirements:
- 1+ years experience multi-tasking in a Windows operating system environment.
- 1+ years experience frequently communicating with customers by phone, e-mail and/or face to face.
- Mortgage loan experience (processing, closing, originating, underwriting mortgage loans, title work or real estate).
- High school diploma or equivalent
