Description
The primary purpose of this position is outside sales with a primary emphasis in mortgage loan origination. Responsibilities include business development, timely and accurate submission of all mortgage loan files to processing and underwriting, quality customer service and compliance with AMCORE mortgage policy.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to cross sell/refer qualified business within the organization
- Proven business development skills
- Project management skills
- Ability to work within a team framework
- Excellent judgment, decision making, and problem solving skills
Required Experience
Education: High school diploma or equivalent
Experience: Minimum 1 year Mortgage Banking experience with emphasis in lending in a Secondary Market
