Experienced Branches and Loan Officers Wanted!!

UMAX Mortgage is actively seeking experienced Loan Originators and Individuals/Groups that want to run their own Branch Offices or be stand alone LO’s.  Branches may be an existing branch, or you may recruit for a new one.  If you are an experienced originator that is ready to take your income to the next level in either a branch or stand alone LO setting, please contact UMAX Mortgage immediately.  Some of what UMAX Mortgage offers our Loan Officers is;

• 100% commission split, low flat fee of $495 per file (certain states require a payroll tax deduction, FHA = $795 fee)

In Addition, UMAX Mortgage is a pure Mortgage Brokerage – which ultimately minimizes our corporate risk by shielding us from rising interest rates and secondary market implosions.  All of this being said, we are very selective in who we recruit.  Our ideal candidate is an experienced, high producer who has a robust network of clients and referral partners… and one who would thrive in a team atmosphere and a winning environment.  On that note, the minimum requirements to become a Loan Officer with UMAX Mortgage are;

• At least one year Full Time employment in mortgage origination
• All required state licensing for your corresponding state
• Outstanding understanding of the mortgage industry and your local real estate market
• Excellent sales and consulting skills
• Knowledge of FNMA, FHLMC and Government lending guidelines
• PC literacy in Word, Excel, Email and the Internet
• High School Diploma or GED
