Senior Loan Officer positions are available in our Waltham locations. SALES AND MARKETING Dedicated Sales Support Coordinator. Corporate Marketing and Public Relation Services to enhance all of your new business efforts including Personal Web Page with automated Fannie Mae pre-approval system. Point-of-Sale Pricing Authority; Ability to price your own loans with Lender direct rate sheets and pricing. State of the art orgination, product search/pricing and database management software (MortgageBot and NYLX). Field access to both DU and LP decision tools. Open territories within our corporate footprint together with 2 branch assignments per Loan Originator. Over 40 different Investors providing almost every loan program available including all conforming Fannie and Freddie programs, many Alt-A programs, Interest Only, Sub Prime, Option ARM’s, many State and Federal FTHB programs and best of all, many portfolio programs designed to fill the gaps.
