- Build relationships with Real Estate partners, mortgage market influencers and clients to increase their referral base

- Use advanced technology and systems to advise clients on different scenarios to customize the loan program to their needs

- Work with cutting edge, custom marketing software offering consistent loan officer and agent branding to build stronger relationships with agents and to establish new real estate and financial partners

- Respond to client inquires and referrals from both self-generated and MiLEND lead sources provided

WHAT DO I NEED TO SUCCEED?? 

- Have the desire to work hard. Our Mortgage Consultants are paid some of the top commissions in the industry
- Have the desire to learn and eagerness to win.

- Must have key characteristics like out-going personality, passion, great communication skills, self-motivation, a positive attitude and a competitive spirit

- Possess strong computer skills including MS applications and ability to learn new custom mortgage software programs and work with our custom lead generation management system

- Must be currently licensed or be able to pass state and national tests, background checks, and annual continuing education.

- Must have closed at least 6 million in volume last 12 months and have a proven track record of success
