Job Description

Loan Officer will participate in inbound and outbound telephone strategies and campaigns, determine customer needs, collect and analyze financial information to qualify and pre-approve customers. Loan Officer will also operate in a business to business capacity through marketing and servicing of local realtor relationships by promptly and thoroughly prequalifying their potential home buyers.

Requirements:

Strong skills in customer service, negotiating, communication, & analytics are required. Abilities to service multiple customers simultaneously, effectively manage priorities, solve problems, and achieve results are expected.  Applicants must be currently licensed in the state of Florida.

We are willing to train energetic individuals, who enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, are excellent communicators, and have strong customer service skills. 

Determination, strong work ethic, and commitment to success are mandatory.

Compensation: 

Commission only.
