Mortgage Loan Officer
About the Job
Wyndham Capital is growing and we are seeking experienced Loan Officers to join our team.
We provide each Loan Officer with 30+ internet leads per week from most of the major suppliers, including LendingTree and LowerMyBills. We get the best quality leads at the best price. We offer a FULL operation’s staff to support your business!
We have incredible technology for the delivery and management of leads, which is integrated with our state of the art loan pricing system. Use our state of the art lead system to build your business!
Qualifications:
- Highly motivated and energetic
- Ability to work well in a high energy, team oriented environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills
- Previous experience building relationships with customers and/or financial services experience is highly desired.
Requirements
- 2+ years of proven sales experience. Mortgage sales is highly preferred, however we are open to candidates with other industry experience
- Ability to define market requirements, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- Ability to negotiate interest rates in conjunction with the clients credit profiles and analyze competitive situations.
- Must demonstrate team-oriented working skill and be customer service driven
- Basic Knowledge of Conforming/FHA/Jumbo
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience with Encompass a PLUS
- Experience with Internet Leads a PLUS
