CMG Mortgage, Inc. has recently expanded their Retail Mortgage Banking operations to San Joaquin County.  We are seeking experienced residential loan officers with a minimum of 2 years of experience to join our branch.

We are seeking top Originators in the Lodi, Stockton, and Modesto markets with the desire to close transactions faster than any competitor.  We are built to make sure you are a success.

You must be able to provide a verifiable loan closing history for FHA or Conventional loan transactions to be considered for this opportunity. 

CMG Mortgage, Inc. is a direct lender currently offering local underwriting and the following in-house products to its Loan Officers:

FHA & FHA Jumbo

Conforming and Conforming Jumbo

Jumbo loans to 2 million

The Homeownership Accelerator Equity Line of Credit

This is a commission based, W-2 position.  A confidential interview may be conducted for qualified applicants.
