MORTGAGE LOAN OFFICER

LOAN OFFICERS - INBOUND PHONE CALL LEADS ONLY
Are you an experienced top producing Loan Agent looking to be part of a company that offers a professional environment with unlimited income potential ?

WHO WE ARE:

Our mid and top level LO's are closing between 9-25 loans a month. There is plenty of opportunity for top producers to make 6 figures easy.

Compensation Plan:
Our commissions are highly competitive with six figure plus income potential easily attainable. We offer 100% health coverage, as well as options like 401K, and paid vacations.

We Can Out Product and Out Price Almost ANYONE!:
Our pricing is not only competitive, but also lower than what most other lenders offer. You will beat the bank's every time. In addition, we offer a wide assortment of products and we work with many different lenders, which makes meeting your customer's specific needs easy. There is a home and niche for every customer! Our products include FHA Loans, Refinance Loans, Home Purchase Loans,, Fixed Rate Loans, Adjustable Rate Loans, VA Loans, Bad Credit Loans, Home Equity Loans, and Reverse Mortgages.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
You-
Are an experienced Loan Agent (price, sell, fund loans)
Have your NMLS or DRE License (if you can close loans, we help you get licensed)
Have strong phone sales / telemarketing experience 
Have experience using Encompass and/or Point
