Mortgage Loan Officer

About the Job

We are a Better Business Bureau A rated residential mortgage broker/lender that specializes in originating mortgages in the Southeast United States.  We have been in business for six years and currently have fifty loan officers at our office in Spanish Fort, AL, located in the Easter Shore Shopping Center.  We are FHA/VA approved and originate for the best lenders in the industry.


 


We generate business by purchasing Internet leads and direct marketing.  The loan officer will be provided 100% of his/her leads to call and needs to be comfortable selling on the phone.  The loan officer will not be required to generate any leads on his/her own.


 


Compensation is 100% commission and the loan officer's split ranges from 40-55% of revenue.  We also give a unit bonus if certain thresholds are met.
