Job Description:

• The Mortgage Loan Officer works with potential and existing clients to provide financial solutions through lending and companion products that require complex financial analysis and sales techniques.
• Opportunity to sell multiple loan products, including: FHA, VA, USDA, conforming, jumbo, and reverse mortgages for both purchase and refinance
• Unlimited supply of high-quality direct mail leads generated by our award-winning marketing team – we mail 1,000,000 nationwide homeowners monthly!
• Over 200-hours of intensive paid training, plus personal coaching from Dale Vermillion, renowned mortgage industry trainer, consultant and author of "Navigating the Mortgage Maze"

Requirements:

• High level of integrity and commitment
• Minimum 1 year experience as a loan officer, financial services, Mortgage
• Successful completion of 20-Hour S.A.F.E. Act training and successful completion of National Exam (NMLS)
• 1-2 approved/active state Loan Officer/Mortgage Originator Licenses
• Experience receiving inbound calls; no cold-calling in this position
