Principal Duties

• Take mortgage loan applications by phone and prepare effective loan proposals:
• Determine a consumer’s needs and offer the appropriate product
• Provide consumers with a superior level of customer service
• Stay informed of developing trends in the mortgage industry
• Attend/assist with scheduled meetings, training sessions and courses
• Maintain compliance with Americas Mortgage Professionals Code of Conduct
• Meet monthly minimum personal production goals

Desired Skills & Experience

Education & Experience

• 2 year college degree preferred (or equivalent experience)

Licensing & Special Requirements

• Flexibility to work evening and weekend hours as required
• Valid NMLS license in good standing
• Valid State loan officer license (not Federal) in good standing (VA, FL, GA, IN, IL, TX, CA, AL)
• Must have a minimum of 3 years of demonstrated sucess in consumer mortgage loan application
