Established mortgage lender needs additional loan originators in their Herndon, Virginia office.  We generate our business from internet and phone inquiries referred through our 15 year exclusive relationship with a nationally syndicated radio and television host.  His listening audience ranks in the top 5 nationally and we handle the referrals from 10 states.  Our business has remained consistent through the down turn and we have been growing over the last few years.

We have been getting more leads than we can work with and need to expand the loan officer force (we currently have 20).  We are looking for both experienced and inexperienced people to fill these positions.  Up to this point we have only hired experienced mortgage professionals but are looking to add 5 who have little or no experience and put them into a mentoring program to assist several of our top producers.
