Mortgage Loan Originator
We are looking for experienced Mortgage Loan sales professionals, with a proven track record, to meet with and interview new and existing customers to determine the best loan product to meet their personal needs. You would be utilizing our mobile technology to assist customers in completing the mortgage application process and assist them with any questions about the process. Establishing and maintaining a network of business relationships to support the generation of new business, would also be an important part of your role.
We offer a competitive compensation package including: Health, dental, 401(k) plan, car and phone allowance. This is a commission based position that includes a weekly draw towards the monthly commissions.
3-5 years mortgage sales experience with proven results, a minimum of 14 million in volume over the past 12 months as well as established relationships in the local referral networks. Proficiency with Microsoft based applications and lending origination systems.
This individual will be responsible for developing and maintaining professional relationships with area real estate brokers, builder/developers, attorneys and other sources of residential mortgage referrals through outside calling. Participate in community activities to increase the Bank's visibility and to enhance new business opportunities.
All Mortgage Loan Originators (“MLO”) are required to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registry (“NMLS”) required under the SAFE Act regulations and HarborOne Bank policies and procedures.
