About the Job
Responsible for developing residential loans and completing applications to be submitted for funding.
- Identify and develop sources of customers in your assigned geographic area.
- Provide high quality and efficient service to customers.
- Develop and maintain a detailed knowledge of all loan programs, relevant policies, and practices.
- Comply with all policies, procedures, practices and standards of conduct of Park National Bank; and all rules, regulations, laws and ethics of the banking industry, investors, and any local, state or federal agencies.
-Ensure a high level of satisfaction with all customers.
Requirements:
At least 2-5 years experience in retail mortgage lending, including inside/outside sales. Must be self motivated and able to work individually and as part of a team.
Position pays a monthly stipend plus commissions
