Currently Inlanta Mortgage has four openings for a Mortgage Loan Originator... A successful Mortgage Loan Originator with Inlanta Mortgage will be licensed sales oriented professional looking for a challenging and rewarding career assisting clients with their dream of home ownership and/or refinancing.

We are a licensed Mortgage Banker that has a full array of products including FHA, VA and reverse mortgages to complement our conventional and non-prime products. We also fund our own loans, which gives us more control over the loan process and access to the best rates available. Specific job responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

·  Develop and maintain relationships with clients as well as referral sources

·  Assist clients in choosing mortgage-related products and services best suited for their needs

·  Provide excellent customer service to clients as well as prospects

·  Stay involved in the mortgage process and develop a strong product knowledge base

Requirements:

·                1-2 years sales or mortgage industry experience preferred

·                Bachelors degree or equivalent experience preferred – High school or equivalent required!

·                PC proficiency, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook preferred

·                Excellent communication skills along with strong attention to details

·                Demonstrated organizational skills

·                Willingness to network and present a positive “can-do” attitude

·                Sense of teamwork and commitment to outstanding customer service

·                Familiarity with the mortgage process preferred, but not required
