This position requires:

· A self-motivated individual, with a minimum of 2 years of loan processing experience;

· A self-starter with the ability to work independently;

· Excellent verbal and written skills;

· An exceptional work ethic with a great attitude;

· Attention to detail;

· Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications, working knowledge of the different software and online applications related to processing residential mortgages

· The ability to take a loan file and successfully process it from start to finish

· Familiar with the Encompass LOS system not a requirement but a plus

· Underwriting experience not a requirement but a plus
