Description:

The Processor uses AUS technology, HUD guidelines, GSE Agency guidelines, Investor Overlays and personal knowledge and experience when processing first mortgage loans that follows all appropriate federal and state regulations and agency and investor requirements.

Requirements:

5-7 years experience processing government loans including FHA and VA, as well as conventional and portfolio loans.

Must be well organized, high attention to detail and thrive in a stressful production oriented environment, with a willingness to work overtime as needed.

Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience.
