Mortgage Loan Processor; Prepares closing documents. Reviews Title commitments, reviews settlement statements. Interacts with closing agents and customers (brokers or borrowers). Verifies completeness and accuracy. Sets up files and order preliminary credit reports for loan processing teams. Working in a corporate environment. Two locations available: Staten Island, NY and Brooklyn, NY. Possibility of going perm.
Working hours: 9:00am - 5:00pm
