Blackstone Mortgage Corporation is a licensed NY mortgage brokerage specializing in "A" paper loans. We are looking for a seasoned processor to work in our Woodbury, NY office.  We offer a fantastic compensation program: salary, benefits, and bonus incentives, all in a friendly professional environment! We are not a cold call shop, Blackstone is a single owner operation that focuses on luxury service to our clients.

 Your Responsibilities will include:

·  Must be able to manage & carry a loan from open to close.

·  Review all documentation and identify any problems, and resolve any issues by notifying appropriate parties.

·  Strong focus on compliance and all regulations.

·  Order title, payoff, VOE's, and all additional necessary paperwork.

·  Schedule all closings with lenders, bank attorneys and borrowers.

Requirements:
· Previous loan processing experience a MUST.

· Experience with Calyx Point software.
· Excellent attention to detail, and a forward thinker.

· Computer and general office skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

· Experience with Jumbo "A" paper loans a plus.

· Familiar with Pricing & uploading files to DU/LP & various bank sites.
