Mortgage Loan Processor, Consumer Loan Processor & Mortgage Underwriter

BankTemps, Inc and BTI Financial are currently seeking several Mortgage Loan Processors, Consumer Lending Loan Processors and Underwriters to help assist our clients on some big projects. These projects may be temporary, temp to hire, or direct hire placement.
These professionals will have previous experience in processing, gathering of proper information, documentation, thorough understanding of how to verify information, customer service skills and are able to complete projects in a timely manner. For the Mortgage loan processor openings we would like someone who is familiar with FHA/VA and conventional loans, along with understanding processing.
For the Consumer Lending processors, you will understand how to collect loan information, be able to document the files, enter information into their system and provide customer service related to credit cards and auto and personal loans.
And for our Underwriters we would like individuals who are familiar with FHA/VA and conventional loans as well. Have a strong and thorough understanding of underwriting procedures and the ability to properly clear the loans in a timely manner as well as be able to work on underwriting software packages. The ideal candidates will have recent experience and will have had 2 - 5 years experience.
All positions require 2yrs or less recency. Background check and credit check may be required.
