Mortgage Processor

Manpower's client located in Villanova, Pa has an immediate need for a Mortgage Processor. The chosen candidate will have a minimum 3 years experience. You will be responsible to monitor mortgage pipeline and ensure timely processing of mortgage files. Obtain, review and approve necessary asset and employment documentation. The chosen candidate will be communicating with borrowers, attorneys and Loan Officers. Prepare files to be submitted to underwriting and obtain all outstanding conditions within commitment and contract date.
