If you have been originating both Forward and Reverse Mortgage loans for at least 2 years and have a solid track record of consistent production we would like to talk with you. The ideal candidate will have mortgage originating experience with vast industry knowledge and awarness. We are looking to fill this position ASAP!
Opportunity:
You will have the ability to originate all types of loans as we're set up to handle sub 580 FHA/VA Loans, Reverse Mortgages, DU REFI PLUS/HARP, USDA, and even Commercial Loans. Tenacity offers in-house processing and paid marketing support. Our supportive culture and commitment to professional development is unmatched. Tenacity Mortgage is currently looking for strong Branch Sales Managers that want to grow a team under them to help propel Tenacity Mortgage to new heights.
Career Path:
4 tiers of Management that allow you to grow from a Sales Manager to a Divisional Manager
Top tier over rides from 9.5 bps as a Sales Manager to 20 bps as a Divisional Manager
Requirements:
-Must be willing to obtain an Originators License (willing to obtain within your 1st 90 days)
-Must have a proven track record of production in the mortgage business
-Our marketing is outstanding. You need to work in the office to have access to leads.
